Return & Cancellation Policy

All orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom-made nature of each pair.

Orders may only be canceled within 2 days of the original purchase date. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer allowed under any circumstances.

Because every item is made specifically to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if the incorrect size was accidentally ordered, we may be able to offer an exchange. In this case, the customer will be responsible for an additional fee equal to the retail cost of the replacement cleat size, to cover the expense of producing a new pair.

We strongly recommend reviewing all sizing details carefully before placing your order.

If an error is made on our end, we will take full responsibility and work directly with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.
