Are these cleats actual Nike cleats?
Yes. We use authentic Nike cleats purchased from official retail stores. The same cleats anyone can buy directly from Nike or authorized retailers. We then apply our custom artwork and modifications on top of the original product.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the season and order volume.

Each pair is made to order, so timing may vary based on workload.

Are these custom cleats handmade?
Yes. Every pair is fully custom and hand-crafted by Jay Kicks himself. These are not factory-produced or mass-manufactured cleats. Each design is carefully created by hand, so please handle them with care.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, including throughout the United States and internationally. International orders may include additional shipping fees depending on location.

Can you create custom designs not shown on the website?
Absolutely. We specialize in fully custom work. Just send us your design idea, inspiration, model preference, and details, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

Can I return my cleats?
No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of each order. Once cleats are purchased and customized, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please order carefully.

Are the cleats durable for a full season?
Yes. Our cleats are built to be game-ready and durable throughout the season. However, because they are custom-painted and detailed, we recommend using them mainly for game days and walkthroughs to preserve their quality and extend their lifespan.
